This song states that this certain man is madly in love with this girl, and everything in his life revolves around her. Even the title speaks for itself. It is as if she has become his soul, his savior, his destiny. Often when people fall in love, their worlds change. Like, his life is now out of his hands. Anything he does, he constantly has her on his mind.
I totally agree with what this song is saying. I understand what this guy is saying, and I’ve been down his alley. I think it is the urge of want of beautiful things that suddenly collide with the eyes because of a woman’s hair, eyes, face, figure, ect. Did that make sense?
The structure of this fabulous song is fantastic. There is no rhyming scheme to my knowledge in certain parts, and in some parts there are. The one thing I did however notice, after a couple words, he asks something of her. Like he asks her to tell him why does she make him feel so alive, why is he so intoxicated by her. I believe the genre of the song is pop. It has an upbeat rhythm to it, although it is supposed to be a sad song. This fits the lyrics. It is a pop song, so of course it is all supposed to flow together. The author wants to express how he feels, he expressed that he is sad, and he has been bewitched by her beauty.
